I've just ordered, how soon will it be dispatched?

Your order should be processed and dispatched within 48 hours

Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it which you can then use on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website

Do I get warranty on my CarPlay Cube ?

12 months warranty is included, you will need to send the Cube back to us, postage at your own expense, we will need to receive the item first. To initiate this process please contact our sales team via WhatsApp or email as you may be able to update the CarPlay Cube yourself, in which case a member of the sales team will assist 

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you have 30 days to get a refund, however please note that we charge a 25% restocking fee 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but we only have a short window of opportunity to cancel an order before it is dispatched. The quickest way to contact us to request a cancellation is via the Contact Us page. Please make sure you have all your order information available, including your order number, full name and email

What do I need for it to work in my car ?

As long as your vehicle has wired or wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto (with the exception of BMWs) our entertainment system will be compatible 

Will it work with my smartphone?

The CarPlay Cube is compatible with both iPhone and Android smartphones. The product requires a hotspot connection either from your vehicle or your smartphone

Will this void my warranty?
No it will not, you are simply plugging in a device like how you would with a phone, no hardwiring is needed
